Health & Nutrition The Food, Nutriton and Health Program in Clay County focuses on teaching county citizens the basics of good Nutriton, Food Safety, Food Preservation, Weight Management and Heart Healthy Food Choices. The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is also offered in Clay County.
