It may not be your grandmother’s canning methods today. During this workshop we will discuss the latest and safest methods of food preservation using the hot water bath and the pressure canner, and the equipment you will need. Whether you’re experienced or a novice at food preservation, you’ll want to attend this workshop covering the latest information on canning high and low acid foods. This class is a pre-requisite for future hand-on classes.
Cost: $10, which includes all materials and a Ball Blue Book
