The N.C. Cooperative Extension-Clay County Office, is offering canning classes throughout the month of May. Renay Knapp, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent from Henderson County, is the instructor.

Each workshop will be held at the Community Services Building located at 25 Riverside Circle Hayesville, NC 28904. The registration fee is $10 for each class.
