The 2023 Mountain State Fair will be September 8-17 at the Western North Carolina Agriculture Center.
Do you have preserved food (canned or dried), honey, craft, photos or artwork you would like to enter but don’t have the time to drive to Asheville? You’re in luck! We can get it there for you on our Extension Pony Express.
All you have to do is drop your item(s) off at our office before August 22nd and the Pony Express will pick them up and deliver them to the Ag Center. After the fair, the item(s) will be returned to our office. For more information, please call the Extension office at 828-389-6305.
