The 2023 NC 4-H Horse Program Artistic Expression Contest was held on July 7-8 during the NC State 4-H Horse Show. There was a large increase in the number of entries submitted this year, which was great! Clay County 4-H Trails & Rails Club Members placed in the state competition as follows: Senior Division – Paleigh Smith (Craft) 3^rd place, Paleigh Smith (Sewing) 1^st Place; Junior Division – Olivia Bowers (Craft) 10^th Place, Ashtyn Smith (Sewing) 10^th Place; Cloverbud Division – Emily Bowers (Craft) 2^nd Place. We are very proud of all of our youth who participated in this event!
