It's jelly and jam making time! Kim Terrell, our Family and Consumer Science Agent, recently taught jelly and jam classes for the community. The first class was held at the Clay County Senior Center. Participants were able to make strawberry freezer jam and grape jelly. The second class was held at the Brasstown Community Center. Participants made grape jelly and also learned the art of homemade biscuit making with Mrs. Carolyn Anderson.
