The Extension Master Gardener℠ Volunteers of Clay County support several demonstration gardens:

Downtown Discovery Garden

Explore the Downtown Discovery Garden in Hayesville, a demonstration garden featuring native flowers, shrubs, and a seasonal vegetable garden, all designed to showcase practical, research-based gardening practices. Located just a short walk from Courthouse Square behind the County Extension Office at 25 Riverside Circle, the garden is maintained by the Extension Master Gardener℠ Volunteers of Clay County, who donate the produce to local food banks, assist residents with gardening questions, and support community education through their annual plant sale. No pets allowed.
