Clay County 4-H & JSSP Shooting Sports Club Meeting
Join the Clay County 4-H & JSSP Shooting Sports Club for an evening of shooting sports, skill development, and hands-on learning! The club provides youth ages 8–18 as of January 1, 2026 with opportunities to learn and practice air rifle shooting in the prone, kneeling, and standing positions. Youth will develop safe and responsible shooting habits while working toward individual skill development and, for interested participants, potential opportunities to participate in shooting sports competitions.
In addition to shooting skills, youth will build valuable life skills including communication, teamwork, goal-setting, focus, decision-making, responsibility, and confidence. The program emphasizes sportsmanship, personal growth, and working together in a positive and supportive environment.
Meeting Time: 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Location: Indoor Shooting Range at the Clay County Board of Elections
