This program is for foodservice managers and supervisory staff in any foodservice establishment.
Certification is based on passing the ServSafe exam and satisfies the North Carolina food code requirement for a certified food protection person in charge.

This ServSafe Class will be taught by Kimberly Terrell, Family and Consumer Science Agent with the NC Cooperative Extension in Clay County.
