Clay County Shred Day Event

Did you know that shredding your documents can help protect you from identity theft and other forms of fraud? N.C. Cooperative Extension – Clay County will be hosting a FREE shred event on May 24 from 11 AM-1 PM in the parking lot of the Community Building. This event is open to all Clay County residents, FREE of charge! Document Destruction Services will be onsite to shred your confidential papers, such as checks, check registers, junk mail, magazines, tax forms, & receipts. There is a limit of 3 banker boxes per household.
