Join Family & Consumer Science Agent, Kim Terrell, for a fun and exciting Summer Canning Series hosted at the Brasstown Community Center. Students will learn the basics of safe canning principles.
  • May 30th - Jam, Jelly, & Biscuits
  • June 13th - Changed to the 27th- Pressure Canning Green Beans
  • July 18th - Water Bath Canning Salsa
Cost for each class is $20 per class or all 3 classes for $40!
